SMTDLR grew up in the golden era of hip hop. He began deejaying as a teenager in the early 90s, and was heavily influenced by Alien Workshop, the Habitat skate videos and Scribble Jam. He started producing in 2015 after he met Mr. Dibbs, who appears on this album. Previous recordings have found considerable airplay and success on UK-FM Radio.
